CRUSH THE DEMONIAC - Demonstration Tape 2016

Location: Melbourne, Australia
Release: Life Lair Regret Records, 2016

Alex Axemeister Pag from mighty Deal With It teams up once again with Sam Robot Donchi (Hornetz Nest) for that perfect Harley/Mayhew worship. This time (first one under Reincarnation) they have gone further in that pursuit, from the band's name to the krishna influence, CRUSH THE DEMONIAC is Cro-mags all over, Best Wishes era.

The 4 tracks in this demo (+1 comp song) are filled with wisdom and strength to aid in one's quest to conquer their inner demons. Life is hard but their music is harder!

Cassette tapes of the demo are good to go by the also Merlboune based label Life. Lair. Regret.

FIFTY ON RED - S/T CD

Location: Leicester City, UK
Release: Dead and Gone Records, 2005
Artwork: Daniel Danger

Upon request, heres Dead & Gone #11. FIFTY ON RED was a straight edge band that was around between 2004-2005. They put out a Demo and one EP. Classic fast paced hardcore filled with sing alongs.

I got the CD version that has 6 extra tracks, 2 re-recorded from the Demo and 1 hidden bonus cover (I'm being watched by THE FACTION)!! Ian from D&G was kind enough to throw in the 7" version for free then I gave it to a friend :)

Later some of them started DEAL WITH IT.

DEAL WITH IT - We Were... a complete discography

Location: Leeds, UK
Release: Atonement Records, 2014

To go along with 2 reunion shows that already happened last march, Atonement Records put DEAL WITH IT's discography up for free download to help promote two noble causes: London's Air Ambulance + Cool Earth (the fundraising has far surpassed its goal!).

For DEAL WITH IT it all began in 2006, 5 friends (ex-Fifty On Red) playing heavy straight edge music. 2 years later, now revamped and not so sober they developed an AWESOME crossover sound, full of dark and pessimist views upon mankind. They broke up in 2011 alongside Wardogs in a explosive farewell show, granted by frontman Michael "doghead" Carver maniac performance. Now he sings in Natural Order.

2006 - World Coming Down EP + Demo (Dead and Gone Records)
2008 - End Time Prophecies (Dead and Gone Records)
2009 - "Fear The Birdman" split w/ NEW MORALITY (Demons Run Amok/Flatspot)
2010 - Eyjafjallajökull (Reflections Records)
2011 - My Body is a Cage 7" Single (Powertrip Records)

The first EP had 4 or 5 alternative covers in the 7" version, the CD comes with the Demo songs as bonus.
End Time Prophecies features artwork by renowned artist Ed Repka, guest vocals by Ian Wiles (he used to run Dead & Gone Records and sang in The Last Chance) and a limited silkscreened cover as a farewell to the label.
Split 7" had 2 artworks (one for each label) and 3 limited covers, it contains 2 exclusive tracks by NEW MORALITY and 1 by them.

Then the highly antecipated Eyjafjallajökull (try to pronounce:ˈɛɪjaˌfjatlaˌjœkʏtl̥named after that damn vulcano that caused a commotion in Europe back in 2010. Killer record 5/5! Pressed in 2 different vinyl colors (100 iceland blue/400 black?) and thats it.
My Body Is a Cage single 7" came with the band's demise and is also the only record available, all the others are out of print.

Note that they stook with the reptilian sorcerer/monk/harbinger character in most of their covers, bringing bad news to us mortals and clowns. I made the "We were..." artwork based in their last shirt design and the whole meme thing.

DEAL WITH IT - Eyjafjallajökull

Location: Leeds, U.K.
Release: Reflections Records, 2010

The record I was waiting for and it was worth the wait. "Another cro-magy rip off?" you may say, dont jump on conclusion so fast!
After 4 releases: 1 demo, 1 EP, 1 full-lenght and 1 split 7" they are back with their best, their finest. In my teenage years I used to listen to heavy metal, then in colleage I became a hardcore kid, ten years passed I started to listen everything all over again, so when a band like Deal With It merge both genres, keeping their best elements, the smile is set up on my face (sorriso estampado no rosto).

Eyjafjallajökull is that vulcano that erupted this year in Iceland causing some nice disturbance in Europe's air traffic and now it will blow your hats off while attaining to perform some whirlwind mosh moves on your parents living room. BUST!
