HARDCORE NEWS 9 "You X Tube"

I've been quite busy lately, the blog was put aside for weeks now.. so this post is just to keep it alive and fresh.

Here are some full albums uploaded by the bands/labels for your streaming pleasure:

TOUGH LUCK - HEAVY FORTUNE (SOLID BOND RECORDS 2013)

PRODUCT OF WASTE - GOOD AND EVIL (FAST BREAK! RECORDS 2012)

OVERDOSER - DEMO II (Cross Examination Side Project)

CAN'T RELATE - DEMO (POSITIVE AND FOCUSED RECORDS 2013)

CLEARVIEW - CONSTANT DENIAL (videoclip)

RELENTLESS - UNDEFEATED (videoclip)

PAURA / CLEARVIEW - Rage Through Integrity

Location: São Paulo, Brasil

Release: Caustic Records/HeartsBleedBlue, 2012

PAURA means dread/fear. CLEARVIEW.. comes to mind a chemical product, you mix both you get KABOOM!

Thats why they chose a fallen Maguila for the cover (or George Foreman, dunno), you get knocked out by this soundtrack!

Round 1 you get 4 strikes by Paura, all in the face, heavy as hell. Round 2 comes Clearview, coached once again by Mr. Nick Jett, in 5 hits with crossover twists that makes any combatant dazzling around.

My favourite tracks are TIME OF DISTRESS and NO TURNING BACK, be sure to listem 'em.

Paura's tracks:

HARDCORE NEWS 6 "The comeback"

New split LP by these 2 promising swedish bands: Chain Reaction and Hårda Bud soon on Monument Records, both sides are available for stream in their bandcamps:

Spanish WE RIDE has a new album entitled On The Edge released by german The Farewell Records (Risk It!, Something Inside). They are about to tour Europe to support the new album, WR CREW!!

From the ashes of The Effort and No Harm Done comes a new boston hardcore outfit, Test Of Time. They remind me of early Bane, check their catchy 11-tracks-demo named Inclusion:

My good friends at Clearview just put two new songs from their upcoming album split with Paura for streaming.
They took a new direction adding some thrash elements which set them apart even further in the South American hardcore scene. (Produced by Nick Jett and Mastered by Matt Hyde)

Speaking of Nick Jett and South America, the cool dudes at Your Fall has a new surprise for us late this month.. THE START OF THE END EP, behold:

HARDCORE NEWS 4 "Fast Times"

Another year has come to an end as fast as ever and hardcore punk has shown no signs of slowing down, as my friend Jerry said hardcore is rock'n'roll only hope.

Without further ado I'll list some really cool upcoming and newly released albums. First I want to take my hats off to my friends at Final Round, after the X-Punch project, the Final Round demo, now their debut EP will be out soon in 2012. We share very similar tastes when it comes to crucial hardcore and it clearly appears in these recordings, Im talking about Warzone, Straight Ahead and Righteous Jams. Listen 'em Up!!

Also from Brazil, two very anticipated records are just out from local heavyweights: CLEARVIEW "Pure Mayhem" and QUESTIONS "Life Is a Fight" worth every minute, I'm talking about gold here, breakdowns that will tear your arms off.

Good news coming from Sweden, expect a warmer winter with almighty GUILTY new EP and the debut EP from CHAIN REACTION. Man! These swedish know how to rock, hard.

In France, representing the youth crew comes NO SOLUTION! with their sick demo, hope to hear more from them next year!

Two most anticipated french releases due 2012 from xDIGx and Dan Forth:

In Uncle Sam's homeland expect some serious shit coming from labels such as Back To Back, Triple-B, 6131, Iron Mind Crew... and YoungBlood that just put out 4 records! Gotta check 'em all out!!!

HARDCORE NEWS "O Jornal do Rock Duro"

A lot is happening right now in the hardcore front, worldwide! Let's begin this quick journey in Warsaw with polish Double Vision debut EP on Refuse Records, playing classic positive hardcore this album holds promising, below 2-songs preview:

Youngblood records newest release, due by the end of this month it's Sacred Love's "Dividing Lines" from Baltimore. A 5-songs blast of old school, no frills. If you're not familiar to them check their excellent demo.

The new songs can be previewed on Youngblood's facebook. To pre-order it go here.

Chilean's Remission has just dropped another bomb in a format of 7 inch, split with north american's Police & Thieves released by Amendment Recods. Both showing their melodic approach on hardcore without losing it's energy, no B9 bs here, if you know what I mean. Hear one of the Remission's contribuition:

2011 marks a new chapter in the brazilian hardcore, some very good productions are hitting the streets... HARD! First we have Ralph Machio new album entitled 'Welcome To Your Doom' on Caustic Records. Contagious old school sure to leave no one standing still. Mastered by Paul Miner and artwork signed by marvelous Bill Hauser. Check it oooout:

Still x Strong just put out their debut full-lenght on 78 Life Recordings entitled 'Cornerstone'. Influenced by seminal hardcore acts such as Earth Crisis and The Path of Resistance, they developed their own in-your-face vegan straight edge music.

In the thrash front we have LO-FI and O.D.P. doing what they do best, tearing the shit up! If, somehow, you didn't heard what they are capable of I suggest you to download their finest work 'Cream Cheese'.Oooh it sounds lovely and sure tastes amazing! Be on the lookout for these maniacs, I know I will.

Maybe on the second semester we can hear some fresh tunes from Final Round and Scoring The Game, two promising bands Im particularly eager to check out. Meanwhile stay with Clearview new tunes from the album 'Pure Mayhem' that are about to see the light of the day anytime soon:
